Cookie Statement

This statement explains which cookies and browser storage the gofullscreenshot.com website uses, what your consent controls, and how to change your choice. The GoFullScreenshot Chrome extension is covered separately in the privacy policy: it uses no cookies, no analytics and no storage outside your own device.

1. What this website stores

The hosting platform and Cloudflare set short-lived cookies needed to deliver and protect this website. The site also uses one localStorage entry to remember your privacy choice:

NameTypePurposeDuration
gfs-consent-v1localStorageRemembers whether you accepted or declined optional website analytics, so the site can enforce that choice.180 days, then you are asked again
__dplCookieLovable hosting/deployment delivery.Approximately 24 hours
__cf_bmHttpOnly cookieCloudflare security and bot protection.Approximately 30 minutes of inactivity
session-idOptional analytics cookieRandom first-party identifier used only for website page-view events; blocked until you accept analytics and removed if you withdraw consent.Approximately 30 minutes

The consent entry contains only your choice and a timestamp and is never sent to a server. The hosting/security cookies do not contain extension screenshots or captured-page data.

2. Optional website analytics, gated by your consent

The hosting platform that serves this website (Lovable) injects a first-party measurement script (/~flock.js) that reports aggregate page views to /~api/analytics. After you accept analytics, the script can create a short-livedsession-idcookie and includes that random identifier in page-view events. It uses no advertising identifier.

Your choice actually controls it. This website installs a request gate that intercepts every call to the analytics endpoint and blocks writes of its session-idcookie. Until you choose "Accept analytics", those events and cookie writes are blocked inside your browser. If you later withdraw consent, blocking resumes immediately and that session cookie is removed. The script file itself is served by the hosting layer and cannot be removed by this site, but without consent it cannot report an analytics event.

There is no other analytics, no advertising, and no social tracking on this website. Cloudflare and Lovable remain the hosting/security providers described above.

3. Change or withdraw your consent

You can change your choice at any time. It takes effect immediately and is kept for 180 days, after which you are asked again.

You can also remove the stored choice yourself: clear the site data for gofullscreenshot.com in your browser settings (in Chrome: Settings, Privacy and security, Site settings, View permissions and data stored across sites). The consent banner will then reappear on your next visit.
